Founder of Moody Girl
Samantha attends the George Washington University. Samantha founded Moody Girl during the beginning of quarantine after feeling overwhelmed and isolated. Having a difficult time coping with Bipolar Disorder, GAD, MDD, and OCD, Moody Girl has provided Samantha with an opportunity to heal as well as inspire others to heal. Samantha uses music, exercise, and public speaking as her core outlets for coping with mental illness.

Since joining Moody Girl, Mary Overton has played a crucial role in the continued success of the community. Mary is from San Fransisco, lived in Hawaii for 13 years, and now attends the George Washington University. Mary is passionate about Moody Girl because she hopes girls will benefit from the content she wish she had readily available when younger.
